Did you know that people played with toys 2000 years ago for example, the Egyptians played with dolls, toy soldiers, wooden animals, balls, marbles, spinning tops and knuckle bones.
The Ancient Greeks children liked playing ball games; they also liked playing knuckle bones, spinning tops, dolls, model horses with wheels were popular, hoops, rocking horses. Don’t you think it would be good to live at that place?
The Romans also had toys for the children to play with at that time. There were wooden or clay dolls (which were a delight to the girls back then), ball games and board games were a favourite to the boys at that time. They also fiddled with animal knuckle bones. The first doll house was invented in Germany
